If your mission is to “serve the greater good,” then you should consider establishing a non-profit organization. It's easier than you may realize and usually doesn't require hiring a CPA or an attorney.

This webinar will be presented by SCORE mentor Penny Pompei who has counseled non-profits for more than ten years. Penny will break down the following:

  • How to decide on your corporate structure, articles of incorporation, and bylaws
  • How to manage your Board of Directors
  • The differences between non-profit choices such as 501c3, c4 and c6

She will also cover which publications, websites, and organizations can help you launch your non-profit.
